well i know im only a teenager, but what is so wrong about wanting to travel? I work–i have a lot of money saved up too, what is wrong about my dad wanting to take us on a nice family vacation?
she married into this family around seven years ago, and i havn’t gone anywhere since then besides our cabin.
is she just jealous that we have that opportunity to travel? When my dad was single…we went to a lot of places–ive been to at least 40 states in the US, mexico, canada, and some caribbean islands. I know i am extremely lucky–but i was really little when all of this happened. She is such a manipulative bitch im sorry-but now she is taking away the family camp
just becuase she has never lived any more than 20 miles from her birthplace
she talks trash about every place i want to go, and even to the point of racism!
Im extremely interested in studying anthropology and culture .this is why i love to travel! my friends have gone so many places i am completely jealous. wat can i do?
the annoying part is that they go on their own little vacations like five times a year! its INSANE! she goes away for a weekend to the casino every month!
last place i went was disney world lol and that sucked becuase she went along too and was whining and moping the whole time…saying how we were too old…and how she just wanted to go dancing

I’m 20 years old and in college. I plan to save up money for a lot of future vacations such as the Virgin Islands, the Harry Potter theme Park, and other tropical islands. My boyfriend acts as if I want too much, but I explained that we only live once and I want to see as much as I can in my lifetime. Therefore, I plan to save a lot of money for vacationing.

Do you guys think it’s crazy to want a lot of vacations before you die? Sorry to say it like that, but like I said we only live once. I want to make the best of my life and vacations uplift my mood like a drug =)

My fiance and me are not getting along after a 3 year relationship. I am 4 months pregnant. He is in college, I love in the Virgin Islands and I want him to continue college here, to be with me also but he rathers go to the states. Also his mother is a big influence in his life, i dont know if I am wrong to think that We should be bonding and he needs to start letting go of his mother. Am I wrong to think that? Also will it be right if we get married but yet see each other only twice a year for vacations?

Well my Ex husband and I have been separated for over a year now.. Our divorce was supposed to be finale in July but he keeps dragging it out with paper work he won’t turn in.. 4 months ago he moved across the country away from our two children.. My daughter is 4 and my son is 7. He has not seen them since he has moved away… He knew about his move over 10 months ago and sprung it on me at the last minute.. He says that he can not visit them because of money issues and time off of work.. He makes very good money. He has been to Kauai Hawaii, Florida several times and the Virgin Islands this year on vacations… taken time off of work and so fourth.. I know I can not force him to see his children.. It just makes me so angry that he would do this to them.. My son has autism and carries a picture of him around saying “daddy home ? Daddy home?” My son need constant care and will for the rest of his life.. I don’t know what to do.. My daughter keeps asking me questions about her dad.. He makes no attempts at all at having anything to do with them.. It is hard on them and myself at the same time.. He was the cause of the divorce and now this… I have had my daughter in some counseling and they said she was struggling with abandonment issues from him.. I am pretty sure he is Narcissistic .. But how do you deal with someone like that? It has put a lot of stress on me.. How the hell do I get through this anger that I have? What type of person just abandons their damn kids??
Okay more info.. My ex and I are divorcing because he was very physical abusive to me.. It came down to him trapping me down in our basement and trying to end my life.. With the children there.. He was arrested because he trapped me in our basement and tried to end my life.. I know.. Why would I want someone like this around my kids anyway? Really to tell you the truth I don’t… I am just pissed because he has done all of these horrible things and gets to go off and have this wonderful life.. He has hurt us all enough.. I think I am just going to move on.. And be the best mom I know that I can be!!

I’ve been there for two-week long vacations in February of 2007 and 2008. They’ve been amazing. I’m a 16yo girl and I’ve scuba dived, snorkeled, but also drank on the beach cause there’s basically no drinking age! What are some of your best memories? Also, if you went to any other partying Caribbean islands, tell me some of your best times!

same old All-Inclusive week stay at like a Bahamas, Jamaica, Caribbean vacation. Nothing wrong with those vacations but want something different. Like a secluded island, with huts, awesome beach, that not many people go to. Or something just different, but island theme. I know very difficult question, but worth a try. thanks a million.

I’ve frequented St. John on recent vacations, and I’d like to try spearfishing. Does anyone know a good spot around this island. I know most of the waters are protected by the National Park Service, so fishing in that sense is illegal. Is there anywhere around St. Thomas? What types of fish are there to catch?

Me and my boyfriend are going on vacations to the us virgin islands, what happens is that he is not american and he currently does not have a visa,because it’s expired, so we wanted to know if it’s necesary for him to have a passport to travel, I mean I know they may not ask him a passport when going there, but maybe they’ll ask him the passport when entering the us?? does somebody knows? is it posible just go there with an ID?? thnkyou
