Okay, my mom is all of the sudden contacted me and she wants me to visit her during summer vacation……. I don’t want to though, here’s the reason….. My mom and dad and I moved to this tiny little island in the Caribbean…… All of the sudden she wanted to leave my dad (keep in mind i was only 3 at the time)……… After a little while she wouldn’t let anyone see me, not even my own dad…….. So finally she let me and my dad go to the beach and my dad took me to the states to get a divorce with my mom…… My mom got custody because she said that my dad beat me and my grandparents were mean to me….. But none of that was true what so ever….. When they were at court i stayed at my Aunt and Uncle’s house… She moved so many times i had been to at least 8 different kindergartens by the end of the year… I only got to see my dad on Saturdays…….. My dad wanted to see more of me…….. They went back to court…. He got full custody of me….. But he let me see my mom on holidays or when i wanted to……….. She got me a phone (i was 8 by then)……. But she would never call me or text me…….All of the sudden my phone shut down and i couldn’t call or text anyone……. I haven’t Heard from her since i was 10…….. WHAT DO I TELL HER!?!?!?!?!?!? (I’m 13 now)

Wouldn’t it be amazing if there was a island or something where you could pretty much live life as a huge sexual fantasy? You could walk around naked all day. have sex anywhere you wanted. For example if you were at dinner and you saw someone you like and they liked you so you just started doing it right there. That would be an amazing place to go on vacation to for a week. Obvious STD’s would have to be looked into.

Does a place like this or just a nudist island in the caribbean exist? I’m thinking a sex island like that does but I bet a nude beach does exist.

off to ixtapa, guerrero, mexico next week and i’m way too lazy/broke to get scuba certified, but i wanna be able to spend some time seeing all the marine life. is there anyway other than scuba diving or rebreathers that you can use to breath underwater? i’m not talking really deep, less than 20 ft probably. i guess what i’m asking, basically is do those little mouthpiece things from "die another day" actually exist? and whats the deal with snorkeling?

Hi. I’ve heard rumors that people have had 3 or 4 oxygen tanks for scuba diving. Is this possible if you have the right regulator? Also, if it is, does that mean that it will be increased duration?

Im looking for a scuba diving summer camp/sea camp.But a affordable one preferably 3,000 or under. Or maybe a white water river rafting camp I love water activities.But I would prefer a sea camp.For this summer so I need info fast.I’m 13 and a awesome swimmer but I am not scuba certificated.

when scuba diving because you have limited amount of air, how is the air inhaled in regards to the rate of breathing? is it done at a rate which is normal to that of being out of water like everyday breathing? or do you have to control your breathing and hold your breaths before inhaling again? does a person who is scared of water or deep seas use more air than a normal diver? lastly what is a rebreather is this different to scuba tank air? and if it is which method gives more time underwater?

We’re going to the islands in a few days and I know that if he doesnt have a book to read he’ll get bored on the beach. Problem is, he really doesn’t read. I know that he read some mafia books and enjoyed them. These are his interests:
- Mafia, old gangster stuff
- Pirates (loves Pirates of the Caribbean)
- Restaurant Stuff – Hes a chef/owner (read Kitchen Confidential and loved it)
- Fishing/Hunting
- Loves comedy – Will Ferrell, etc.

Any ideas?? I want to surprise him with something good!
We are huge work-aholics. This vacation is to relax on the beach. We’re staying on St.Johns in the Virgin Islands where my parents live. The vacation will be a lot of swimming, snorkeling, hiking, sailing and yes.. laying on the beach and napping/reading! (and some beach scrabble) lol

Is there a specific temperature, or is it relative to the people/person diving?

I know that scuba tanks are pressurized to 3000 psi. This is then released by the regulator to a pressure close to the water pressure for breathing. Now refrigeration works by pressurizing a gas, letting it cool down to ambient temperature, and then decompressing it. In the decompression it gets colder. How come the 3000 psi air inside the scuba tank, the pressure used to cool the atmosphere into liquid nitrogen, is not too cold to breathe on decompression?

I want a beach vacation but I don’t expect complete sunshine everyday, I just don’t want to get stuck in a five day rainy period. I am avoiding the Caribbean islands because I don’t want to get involved with any hurricanes, which is why I have chosen Costa Rica.
